Non delivered of product in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh for sale

Dear Sir,
Last Satarday I ordered 1 No. SPY GOGGLE MP3 VIDEO CAMERA-5.0 MEGA PIXEL CAMERA-2GB/8GB from www.olx.in with shiping detail given bellow. All necessary payment have also been completed. but still my product is not delivered to me. Since by telephonic conversesion (phone no. 09873514848) I have been told that the product have been sent through speed post. It take hardly 3 to 4 days to reach Itanagar by speed post.
So please look into the matter and send me email detail of speed No. and etc.
