The project is centrally located at Sector 71, Sohna Road, Gurgaon, Haryana and spread across an area of 16.50 Acres with G 14/ G 4 stories, low rise apartment at affordable price and a license from Department of Town & Country Planning, Haryana has already been obtained.
In this regard, the Company has issued a Press Release dated March 03, 2010 titled CHD Developers announces the launch of Rs. 350 crore residential project in Gurgaon.
